There’s a lot of great information available on the web. But it can sometimes be difficult to know what to trust. So as well as providing information, the articles signpost to other resources you might find helpful.
Resources for pregnancy and birth
The Positive Birth Movement Connecting pregnant women, with a focus on helping women to experience a positive birth.
NCT UK parent support charity. Local groups offer an opportunity to meet other mums with young babies.
The Little Birth Company Information about hypnobirthing.

ARC Antenatal Results and Choices. Charity offering support to pregnant parents choosing about antenatal screening tests, and following the results of those tests.
NICE The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. Provides evidence based guidelines on which maternity care is largely based.
La Leche League GB Breastfeeding support charity. Provides information and support, including local groups.
Breastfeeding Network Breastfeeding support charity. Provides general breastfeeding support and specialist information about medication and breastmilk.
Biological Nurturing An approach to breastfeeding that can help overcome many problems.
Association of Tongue Tie Practitioners Information about tongue tie as well as a directory of tongue tie practitioners.
Stanford videos Some really helpful videos, especially regarding expressing breastmilk.
Kellymom.com A huge variety of breastfeeding information. The moving graphic on the latching and positioning page is particularly helpful.
